Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of PHero AI.
Service provider
PHero AI is operated by Calvin Kao (765 Templeton Ave, Daly City, CA 94014), the provider of the PHero AI service made available through phero-ai.com. These terms form an agreement between you and PHero AI when you create an account or use the service.
The service
PHero AI returns machine-generated tags, descriptions, confidence scores, timestamps, and safety labels for submitted images and videos. Results are probabilistic and may be incomplete or incorrect.
Your content
You must own, license, or otherwise have the right to process every file you submit. You keep ownership of your content and remain responsible for how you use the results.
Responsible decisions
Do not use results as the sole basis for employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal, educational, or other high-impact decisions. Human review is required where an error could affect a person.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Access
Account creation does not guarantee production API credentials, a particular usage limit, or uninterrupted availability. Access levels and integration terms are confirmed during onboarding.
Fees and billing
Plan and pack prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and charged through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically for the price and interval shown at signup until cancelled. You can cancel from the workspace at any time; access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Calvin Kao is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PHero AI, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Availability
We may rate-limit, suspend, or discontinue access to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PHero AI after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
