Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel a PHero AI subscription and when a refund is available.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the API workspace, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan and remaining credits stay active through the end of the period you already paid for. You are not charged again after cancelling.
Unused-credit refunds
If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that purchase (a pack, a new subscription, or a renewal). Contact [email protected] with the account email and the approximate purchase date.
Once credits are used
We cannot refund a purchase once any of its credits have been used to tag media. Unused credit-pack credits do not expire and carry no separate refund deadline beyond the 14 days above.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, matching our payment processor’s standard refund timing.
Exceptions
Where applicable law gives you a refund right beyond what is described here, that law controls.
