This policy explains how PHero AI handles account, support, payment, and submitted-media data.
What we process
We process account details, request metadata, payment and billing information, and media submitted for tagging.
Media handling
Submitted media is processed transiently and deleted after tagging. It is not added to a media library or gallery.
How data is used
Data is used to provide the service, authenticate accounts, process payments, prevent abuse, measure reliability, and deliver support. Submitted media will not be sold or used to train models without explicit permission.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Zoho Payments, using Stripe as the underlying card processor. We do not receive or store your full card number; Zoho and Stripe process it under their own privacy and security terms.
Service providers
Infrastructure, authentication, payment, and model vendors may process limited data to provide the service. We use privacy-focused, non-tracking web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to measure site reliability; it does not use cookies or collect data for advertising, and we do not load advertising or cross-site measurement tools on our public pages.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting [email protected]. Applicable privacy rights depend on location.
